Linda, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We test for over 300 items that also includes food items. If the item has not shown up on your pets report as a high or moderate reaction, then this means your pet is not showing a sensitivity to it. We do also test for environmental items for our pets as we know that they can spend a lot of time outdoors. In turn we feel that it is important to know if they might be sensitive to an item that they may come into contact with. Please reach out to us so we can send you the full list of items tested. Nancy, Thank you for your feedback! I just wanted to make you aware that we do not send a test kit out in the mail. This enables you to send your pets sample back to us on the very same day of ordering. Once your order is placed you should have received an email that contains a code and a link to activate that code. Once that step is done, you will receive the next steps on how and where to send your pets sample. Please do reach out to us if you are unable to locate your code. Troy, Thank you for your feedback, Each item on the test has a different frequency number and this is tested against frequencies/energy waves that are present in your cats hair. If your pets hair emits frequencies or energy in response to each item, this is classed as a sensitivity. Therefore even if it is an item your pet does not consume it is confirming that they would have a reaction/ sensitivity to it if they were to consume it or be in contact with it.
