I mailed my 2 pet sensitivity tests in on January 5, 2024. I’ve contacted customer service I still have not received any response only that you received my inquiry about the results and you would get back to me and I have heard nothing yet. I am starting to think this was a scam. 1. Finnegan is # MYPSUS81FFAE6AD7 2. Louis is # MYPSUS6DCB44DA4F. Customer is Karen Doherty

Hi, Thanks for sharing your review! Here's a quick heads-up on how it works: First, your sample heads to a fulfilment office, and from there, it moves on to our lab for thorough testing. If you've been tracking it, you might see it marked as received at the fulfilment office, but it hasn't made it to our lab yet. Once your sample reaches our lab and is logged into our system, you will receive a prompt email notification, confirming its safe arrival and the commencement of the testing process. Is this even real?
I've tried to call left a message I've wrote to them. I paid $40 and then got nothing in return no email or anything I'm now disputing the charge. I'm totally annoyed . they should pay me $40 for all the time I wasted dealing with this crap. 🤨 In response to company response, I have gotten no email from customer care team! Just refund my money please!!

Save yourself the headache and stay away
The website is misleading. I purchased thinking that they would send me a kit that I would send back to them with the sample. This is not the case. There is a place where the website says there’s no actual test kit. There is also a place, however, in the refund policy that states refunds cannot be placed if packaging is damaged… but there is no “packaging”… you send them your sample in your own plastic bag paid for by your own postage stamps. This is misleading, and their refund policy has endless stipulations which make the “100% money back guarantee” hardly attainable.

Doubt this is legitimate
I was hoping to gain insight into potential environmental irritants as I had already tried an elimination diet for my pup and she still has persistent rashes/itching. None of the results make sense, or are things she is exposed to in her environment. After doing further research into their process it seems like junk science. Save your money and just try an elimination diet - which is all they are recommending anyway.

I have questions about the test
I have questions about the test, but not able to speak with anyone. You should have a phone number for customers to speak with a rep about results. Im sorry I did the test.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number and a link to a form that needs completing using this code. Following the completion of the online form, you will receive another confirmation email with instructions and the address details for sending your pets sample. NOT the 3-5 days like they say
The website says get your results in 3-5 business days once at the lab. After a couple weeks of nothing, I requested a refund. Then was told the samples go to a sorting facility for quality control prior to the lab. Which can take 2-3 weeks they said. So in reality the 3-5 days is a month. So yes it is 3-5 days from getting to the lab. But still not accurate on time frame it takes. I would rather have paid my local veterinarian more and had a better experience.

This does not include the transit time which unfortunately is out of our control.
