I was in search of an food allergy that my cat might have had to cause her licking her hair off of her stomach. I hadn't even considered the flea medicine i was giving her. The test I got mentioned a chemical in flea meds that she could be allergic to. Even tho the meds i was giving her didn't contain this chemical, I stopped giving it to her. It turns out this was the problem & she's a brand new cat. Thank you for this test, it opened my eyes.

I had a great experience. I ordered the test, was sent instructions on what to do and how to send the hair sample straight away. When I sent the test, i had an email to say they had received the test within 3 days - I sent it on a Thursday and received a message by the Monday . Then received my test results within 2 days after that. The test results were very informative and I have started taking action on changing foods and environment.

Very pleased. I was a bit wary as people had said these type of tests aren’t reliable, but my dog was very itchy and scratching a lot & was getting little spots that would scab over. I decided to test him anyway as I figured it was worth a try to help him. I sent the test on Friday and had the results by Wednesday. Turns out he’s got high intolerance to beef and rabbit. I’ve since cut beef and rabbit out his diet and he’s no longer scratching. He’s much more content within himself too & it’s lovely to see. So if you ask me, the test is definitely reliable! Thank you so much.
