Felt the test was very vague. None of the results were anything my dog would either eat? Or really be in contact with? Not worth the money

Still dealing with the incompetence of this company who apparently lost my sample after saying it was lost in transit to their lab. They refuse to refund my 40 dollars because it’s after 14 days. I wrote them before 14 days but they never got back to me. Unbelievable. Maybe they won’t lose yours. Good luck. Would never use them again. Well finally got a refund! Yay! Thanks!

Your pets environmental sensitivities overview High Reactivity • Mineral Oil These environmental items have been identified as those, which may be causing or contributing to physical symptoms. We would recommend the removal of these items from your pets daily diet using a structured elimination diet. See details on how to implement an effective elimination diet in section 8. Moderate Reactivity • Acrylic Fabric • Mice Dung • Kammgras These environmental items have been identified as those, which may have the potential to cause or contribute to physical symptoms. We would always recommend prioritising the removal of the high reactivity items first and then considering the removal of moderate reactivity items thereafter. It is also worth considering that having these items in isolation may not cause symptoms, however having a number of moderate reactivity items in the same meal or day may lead to symptoms due to an accumulative effect. See details on how to implement an effective elimination diet in section 8.

Honestly not even sure if this company is legitimate. I’ve been waiting for results for 3 months. When you activate your test you get an email saying they should have your sample in 2 weeks. After 4, I emailed and they advised the sample was lost and to send another. To their credit the customer service emails were prompt. I was understanding and sent a second sample this time via registered mail. I got a notice that it was signed for and waited another 2 weeks with no word. Emailed them again and this time was told that it can be up to 4 weeks for the sample to get to their lab… it’s now almost 5 weeks later and I have not received results. I paid twice for postage. At this point I have already been to my vet, gotten answers and now 2 samples of my pets hair have floated into the abyss. I am hoping that I can at least get my money back. This seems like a scam. The only star is for the people who run the customer service email as they are policy and quick to respond. But I will never recommend this to anyone, in fact will warn people about this “company” Update: my response was the customer support team advising that I am Ineligible for a refund due to the amount of time that has passed. Which is your fault. This company is not legitimate

I have used 2 other companies previously and in comparison this company is a total waste of money. Pointless and results are useless. It would be great to know what the items are that have been tested against. Both previous companies have provided me with a green list so you can see what they have tested. No test kit provided so your paying for postage. Not sure how many people in the UK feed their pet Alligator Meal but this sensitivity made me laugh out loud. On a serious note this test is absolute rubbish, Even one star is too high of a rating. Would love a refund but cant see that happening. DO NOT PURCHASE.

It didn’t really help at all most of the stuff on the list weren’t in dolly’s diet anyway. I also thought it would give more suggestions of foods that are helpful in dolly’s case. Not really worth £50
