After taking my Great Dane to the vet due to losing his hair, itching profusely, red, and bumps on his body, I needed to change an order that I had placed a few days prior. Alice took care of the situation I was in, showed compassion, followed through with everything she said she would, and responded quickly. The test results were thorough, received the results fast, and now I have answers of what to keep away from my Great Danes. I definitely will be a repeat customer in the future if needed for any of my Great Danes.

I love that this company explains the difference between a sensitivity and an allergy. You know when people say "I don't eat beef, it doesn't sit well in my stomach" or "Eating pork gives me a headache"? Those are not allergies, they are sensitivities. I cut out all his high sensitivity items from his diet. After a week, his rest time was down and active time was up by several hours for the week. I was definitely making my boy feel yucky. His itching has also lessoned, but not completely stopped. He is sensitive to ants though, so it's a tough one to eliminate!

Absolutely brilliant company. Use them for my cat - I scrapped using the vet club as my cat had a horrible reaction to bravecto so I’ve used the pet health store for faecal worm counts, a sensitivity test and more recently natural flea drop on and collar. Will use again.

The process of collecting the needed samples is simple. The results were quick and very comprehensive. I definitely got a deeper insight into how best care for my cats.
