This service is a total scam. I WANTED AN ALLERGY TEST! This was advertised to me as an allergy test but when you get the results it specifically says it is NOT an allergy test. Also the results are basically that your dog is sensitive to everything. It is nearly impossible to avoid all the things it lists as possibly triggering for your dog. I asked my vet about this service while it was pending and she said it was a scam. She was right. THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM. I wasted $50 on results that aren't even allergy test. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

DO NOT EXPECT SPEED. Results take over a month, even with support and escalation. Website lead time of 3-5 days does not include warehouse processing which takes weeks! The website is intentional inaccurate. The company must have expected the sales, expecting speed, to be worth poor reviews and customer frustration.

I originally purchased two test for two dogs. When results returned, I felt they had gotten switched because one dog is dealing with food allergies that affect his coat. The other is not but the test showed the dog with no allergies had the most sensitivities. I bought another test and tested the known allergy dog and the results returned not matching either of the previous tests. I feel as if the results aren’t true and show random sensitivities.

i am so frustrated. On April the 4th i was notified my stuff had made it to the lab. I would never have thought that a day later there would be ONE RESULT your email said in 3-5 days. So now i am looking I found email dated a day later April 5th. It shows me one of 4 dogs. Where are the other three? I have numerous emails asking for a review. So finally i am giving you some sort of review. I want to see results for the other 3 dogs and then i will have more to say. The results for one dog thus far are underwhelming. The whole thing about sensitivity vs. Allergy caught me by surprise. I thought i was doing an allergy test. This is huge. You should focus on this on your website. Hm. Lets see other 3 dogs. Then i will review again. I will be happy to say good things. if so. One of these 3 dogs has had an allergy test. I can gauge a lot if your sensitivities have similarities to the other "allergy" test. anxious to learn more.

Didn’t receive results. :( I paid extra to have tracking and for the samples to arrive quickly. Mailed samples out on March 4th. Received notification that my samples arrived on March 12. Emailed them to confirm only to be told the samples arrived at the warehouse and will now take another 2-3 weeks to reach the lab. A month goes by and still nothing. Emailed them again today (April 8th) and was told my samples got “lost” on their way to the lab. Looked on Amazon for other reviews and found multiple other reviews from people saying their samples also got “lost.” Really disappointed but at least they refunded me the cost of my 2 tests with no issue.
