I wasn't sure if it was worth the money but , they were pretty quick since i sent it priority mail. we got everything in a week and the information was very helpful. We found out my dog has sensativities to some fabrics so I changed all my bedding to cotton and this seems to help a bit with allergies. and I was feeding him pumpkin and he had a sensativity to it. I wouldn't have known if I didnt do the test. It is little things we can change to make hime more comfortable.

So far a great experience as Cornelia has been really helpful. I was a bit disappointed that you don’t actually receive anything, as the picture in advertisements shows a box with dogs on but the process is easy if you can find a small sealable bag and an envelope to send off the sample of your dog s fur. I also don’t have a printer so not able to print out the information to put in envelope or the label but again Cornelia has confirmed it doesn’t matter and you can just write it on a piece of paper. If I’d known this I probably wouldn’t have done it but as I didn’t find out until I’d paid, I messaged them and received a prompt reply from Cornelia. My further query was again met with an immediate reply from Cornelia and I have now sent off the sample. The postage will cost between £2-4 depending on whether you want to track it.
