Hi, Just to clarify, we don't actually send out physical test kits. Instead, we've noticed that most of our customers prefer to receive their instructions via email along with their unique redemption code immediately upon purchase. This enables them to send back their sample on the very same day. Additionally, this approach aligns with our efforts to reduce packaging waste and minimize our environmental footprint. It's understandable that you were hoping for insights to help address her itching and ear issues. It might be that it isn't a sensitivity that is causing this issue, which our tests would not be able to help you with unfortunately. It is also worth noting that just because she isn't exposed to certain items that we have identified as high reactivity, doesn't mean she isn't sensitive to them.
