Purchased test kit on 4/19/24. Received email was activated on4/22/24. Test received 5/7/24. Today is 6/4/24 and still haven’t received any test results. Big waste of money!

Hi, Samples can take around 2-3 weeks to arrive from the USA, once the sample has arrived at our lab we will notify you via email and your results will be issued within 3 - 5 working days If you have any specific concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. I ordered on a whim. They have done nothing. My vet said they wanted to go a different route. Now they have to see if they can refund? Really. You’ve done nothing! Do not trust these guys if they are that desperate for money.

Took 3 weeks for them to receive the package. And one of her most know allergy “sensitivity” was not even listen.

It's important to note, that this is a test for sensitivities, and not allergies. Allergies are tested via blood, and will not show up in a hair test for sensitivities. PLEASE READ!!! I purchased this in February. I never received a product. I emailed and received a ticket number that said they’d get back to me. I have searched emails and only found the initial response with the ticket number. I forgot about it. I remembered today and called them. They said they responded and were awaiting my response. No search comes up with any response in my email. She proceeds to tell me they don’t send tests. We are responsible for the test and we send to them for the reading. WHAT??? I said, you don’t send the test? No, we don’t. I asked for a refund. She informs me that they will not refund me as it’s after 14 days. SCAM!!!! I had to Google how to leave a review. You have to do it through trust pilot. TRUST ME, find your test elsewhere. I wonder how much money they make off of this. I’d give zero stars if I could. $45 lost.

This was a terrible experience and the refund policy is a joke. Everything they said was the opposite of actual allergy/sensitivity test from 3 places whom all had the same results. I left a more detailed review explaining my experience so I’ll keep this one short as I’m not sure why I’m being spammed for another one. But do you’re research and read all of the reviews not just the few positive ones they post on the website.

I followed what the test said were the insensitivity to my dog. Nothing has changed. I cook her food that does not have any of the food she is sensitive to with added vitamins and her itching has not stopped at all. This was a total waste for me.

Quick, and easy service. But not helpful at all in regards to helping with sensitivity testing. Told our vet who explained how it’s a waste of time. Save your money with these guys and go directly to your vets for blood work. My vets gave me the real answers to his allergies and sensitivities, my dog is much better now rather than trying to remove dozens of substances he’s supposedly sensitive to.
