The response was very quick. The results comprehensive. There is no kit provided. Use your own bag for the hair sample and your own envelope to return the sample.

Product was great once I finally received results. The 1st kit was lost in the mail and took 5 weeks to get a new one. Took another 3 weeks for them to receive the sample. Turn around was quick once they received it. The results were great. My dog is finally eating again. We found out he was sensitive to sooo many things and removing those have made him act like a puppy again. Thank you

Testing was very quick. Does NOT tell you your pet’s allergies, only what your pet is sensitive to. Unable to tell you what your pet is allergic to without a blood test. All in all was quick and you do get what you pay for!
