Not great. You advertise as an allergy test and as soon as I get the results, it says not an allergy test Use layman’s terms as well as scientific so we don’t have to sit googling everything

We appreciated some of the food details but they were super specific like "beef jerky" and did not provide any clarity as to whether that was inclusive to all beef products. Same with "turkey gizzards." More broadness is actually preferred. Also, 90% of it is useless as we would never give our dog car parts, sensitivity to "spark plugs," or "copper."

To be completely honest this didn’t tell me much and hit on high reactivity items that’s my dog has had zero issues with mainly in the food sensitivities, I didn’t expect a huge success rate given the price but thought it to be a bit ok a joke. Some things were accurate but why the hell include lithium and uranium?? Those things are reactive for most living beings. I think it missed the mark for what I was hoping to achieve but perhaps my expectations were too high. Interesting to read the results but in my opinion don’t waste your money and just do proper testing through a vet.

The company should stop false advertising stating results in 2 days! The warranty is 14 days. Beware!!! It takes a minimum of 2 weeks for the processing center to recieve samples. After 1 month, I checked on my specimen only to be advised it was lost. I was sent a new authorization to repeat the test. That evening, I recieved my lost results.

I really expected it to be easier to understand. Was not directed to my dog the way I thought it would be. My dog is constantly licking his paws. Didn't see anything about what could be caussing that.Wish someone would reach out to me to understand what to watch for. I expected more information than I got. Wasn't impressed.
