We got our results back really quickly and it covered such a wide range of potential allergies for our dog which has really helped us and her !

Absolutely amazing customer service. I made an error while ordering the product which made a billing error. I made one phone call, was treated with the upmost courtesy (without reference to my "old lady forgetfulness') and they remedied the problem. Truly the best customer service I think I have ever encountered! I highly recommend this company!

My 10 month old GSD was extremely itchy and chewing his back raw . I'd tried an elimination diet but he actually became worse , so I decided to try the sensitivity test and was absolutely blown away with the result !! I'm so pleased that I did as I didn't think his problem was going to be environmental as well as food . I opted for the bigger test that covered 1100 items and so pleased I did . The whole process was really simple , sent the hair sample Thursday and received the results on Monday afternoon . A very big thank you from me and my boy , who is now starting to be less itchy now I know what to avoid.

Nice insight on foods that could be harmful for my baby. Oddly enough, some of the things that come up as allergic for him, he doesn’t like to eat.

I received an e-mail notice that they had received my test sample, and the next day I received a thorough print out of all the results. The results were separated into easy to read categories, and further separated into foods to which my dog was extremely sensitive, moderately sensitive, or not sensitive at all. Very satisfied with their company.

It was really easy to do - just sent away a hair sample and you get a full report on sensitivities for your pet. It really was an eye opener as there was a food I was feeding my dog that I never ever thought she would be sensitive too. I am glad I done the test as it's given me peace of mind.
