Hi, Thank you for your review. The address in Texas is our fulfilment centre, your sample is forwarded onto us in the UK from there. This is why it takes 2 - 3 week for the samples to arrive. If you still haven't receive a notification that we have received your sample in 3 weeks from the date you posted it, please contact our customer care team and we will look into it and advise you right away. Thank you
