We do apologise for any confusion caused in relation to the lead time, all results are sent within 3-5 days once the sample has been received at our lab. This does not include the transit time which unfortunately is out of our control. Rest assured as soon as your sample reaches our lab our team work quickly to test the sample and deliver those all important results! Just to clarify, all samples initially go to a fulfilment office to go through quality checks, they are then medically transported to our lab from there. The process usually takes around 2-3 weeks in total. We're here to support you in improving your pets health. Instead, we kindly ask our customers to use their own packaging to send their hair sample to our laboratory. Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email containing the next steps which will ask you to complete a submission form.
