pet sensitivity test for a goldendoodle
the test gave me insight on what could be giving our pup her issues with scratching. Some of the things it found as high sensitivity, such as rats. I wondered how in the world that is possible. still looking for answers. I well try to eliminate the obvious things and hope it helps our Doodle.

My dog's results were clear
My dog's results were clear, informative, and easy to access. I would have given 5 stars but at first my dog's sample was lost. I'm not sure where the breakdown happened within your company but the USPS Priority mail service stated they delivered the sample package 16 days before your company processed his results. I actually received a response, from Lois, stating the lab hadn't received my dog's sample (12/21) the same day I received his results. So there is a breakdown in your process in receiving and handling samples.

Back to the drawing board
Price was decent, instructions were clear. Testing was quick when they received the hair sample. We tested 2 dogs, same litter, and were floored the reactivity differences between them. Sending me back to the drawing board on what nutritional issues I need to be aware of ( we feed fresh food to them) hoping this fixes the allergy issue for one, and assists in weight loss for the other. Overall satisfied with the testing.

Lab results were fast.
It took more time than I had anticipated for the sample to arrive at the lab. Once the lab received the sample they sent me results next day! Impressed me on how quick the lab work was completed.

Seems very thorough.
Once I understood how it worked, everything went very well. Customer service was great and the results are thorough, easy to understand and well done. Now that I have changed my pets diet and removed sensitivities, we will see if this works
