Have yet to receive any results. Got only 1 confirmation out of the 2 samples sent that it was even received. The email said I would get results in a few days but haven’t received anything.

I feel the test was not accurate and very little information. Redid with my vet and got completely different results. Who gives a dog orange anyways

Not as advertised!!!! BEWARE. When I googled "pet allergy test" this is the first company that comes up this is the exact link I clicked on "My Pet Sensitivity - Test For 460+ Items - Pet Allergy Test". It is not until you receive your results that it is finally made clear that they test for sensitivity and not allergies! I expected to get clear results listing ingredients and even specifics like (poultry, beef, etc.) What you get is basically worthless. Wish I had done more research.

The report has no credibility. The results I received said that my dog needed to drink less alcohol and give up nicotine, which makes the report null and void. Forget about the ‘refund guarantee’ too as I have emailed ‘customer services’ three times. No response. Absolutely waste of money. AVOID!!

We still have not received our test results and it has been over 3 weeks! My wife has contacted them several times and still nothing.

The whole report was bogus showed it to our vetanerian and he laughed at it said a blood test would of been better but blood tests aren't that helpful either.

I will review again if they end up surprising me, but my dog’s hair sample arrived on Tuesday. I did not hear anything via e-mail or text like they said. I checked in via e-mail and was told it only arrived at the “fulfillment center,” not the lab. Once it made it to the lab, I would receive confirmation at that point. Oh silly me thinking arrival didn’t really mean arrival! It is now Friday and I can only presume this is either a scam or they have a very inefficient fulfillment center as the lab STILL hasn’t received it. It’s a Zip-loc bag of dog hair packaged and labeled as instructed. Why does it not go to the lab directly? Why has it been sitting at the fulfillment center for 4 days? Nobody can seem to explain. It seems bragging about a 3-5 day turn around time is false advertisement if the 3-5 days doesn’t start until several days after the sample is received. At this point, I would not recommend this company.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We are based in the UK, so samples can take a few weeks to arrive with us. We will email you with an update as soon as we have received it. We use a fulfilment centre to prevent our customers from having to ship their samples internationally. Results are indeed issued within 3 - 5 working days, from receiving the sample.
