No results in almost 3 months and support has begun to ignore contact. It is impossible to get a refund as well so now I have wasted money on 3 fake tests. Literally the worst company ever I dont know how its even a business. If anything this is a scam and it will just take your money.

Company states can take up to two weeks for lab to receive sample. It’s been six weeks and they still have not received it. I requested a refund because it’s been far too long at this point. Was denied a refund. Do not do this business with these people. They do not return phone calls after leaving messages for days.

Still waiting for my dog Sadies's results. It's been about a month. I talked with someone and was told it was a 2 week turnaround. My dog is sick, and it's been nearly 4 weeks since you received the tests. I'm not very happy. My vets are stumped. You guys were my last hope and I'm very disappointed Debra Hildebrand

Had this test done results came back within 1 day did the novel protein foods I took on board what the results said I included supplements absolutely made no difference to my dog decided to go to the vets as I had tried everything to be told it should be testing done by a blood test or skin scraping turns out my dog has atopic dermatitis a injection from the vet that lasts a month at £155 had effects almost immediately no itching no uncomfortable dog back to the dog we purchased at 8 weeks he is only 14months old.

My sample was mailed in over a month before and they still haven't processed it or connected with me. I read that in another review, and I should have taken note. There must be a backlog, but it would be greatly appreciated if they just said that: "we have received your sample, but due to many loving pet owners desiring testing your results will be slightly delayed or give an estimate." So far I think this may be a scam... what else do I have to go on- I sent my money and my sample but over a month later I have nothing from My Pet Sensitivity except for lots of emails telling me to upgrade or buy testing. Not helpful and not pleasant.

Don't waste your time or money with this test!!! It's USELESS!! My dog is 100% allergic to chicken and it didn't even bother to say that. Waste of money! When you call them out they ignore you! 100% refudable my behind!

My sample was received in the Texas, USA facility on 8/15/2024, it is now 9/04/2024. I still have not received confirmation from the "lab" that the sample was received. From back and forth emails, I have since learned that the samples go the England!!!! Nowhere in the ad did it ever mention this. I was led to believe the results would be coming 3-4 days after receiving the sample in Texas. I believe this ad is very deceptive and I feel I have been scammed. I requested a refund this morning. If possible, I will update this review with that result.

I mailed my dogs sample in on August 4th and still haven't received notification that the sample was received. I sent 3 messages and received no response! I'm beginning to think I've been scammed! UPDATE: The company responded and told me to email them which I've been doing all along! Since posting this, I've emailed them 5 times and still haven't received a response! Do not waste your money! I seriously think this company is a scam!
