For the pet sensitivity hair analysis I received all of the information in a timely fashion. I think this is a great product. Having this analysis gave me a starting point without having to spend hundreds of dollars and a lot of extra time. There were some surprises and it turns out that we were doing some things that on the surface were healthy but in this case were not. So thank you for the product and the results.

Great info for my pug Life saving I do think they should send a kit that is labeled to ship back the sample, also a printed copy of the results for the $89 It cost (should be included) We, as a consumer, do a lot of work for these results

I’d give 5 stars but somehow they auto enrolled me in a 24/7 pet care service I did not sign up for , I’m hoping they refund that and not continue to charge me , other than that it was Bery Very helpful , I recommended them multiple times on some dog forums and gave the name . It was thorough and made such a difference in my dogs wellbeing

Overall I would say it was an easy and good experience. Results came in about a week and an half after I mailed the sample. The results were very detailed with lots of info which was great. Only reason for the 4 stars is I do question how accurate these are. I wanted to try anyhow. But not too sure if they’re very accurate or not. One thing that said she was highly sensitive to I removed and it hasn’t seemed to make a difference. So hard for me to say.

I loved the quick response I feel I can better help my dog with the information I received The only thing I struggle with was reading the information on a small screen of my phone was difficult

It was good. I would have given a higher value but the expected results took longer than the website indicated, due to shipping. It would have been good to know that in advance. I may not have read the info correctly, but I was surprised to learn in the results that it was a sensitivity test not an allergy test. I changed my dog's main kibble which showed a high sensitivity to something she is not sensitive too, and I think it has helped.
