Be mindful when buying this test as it doesn’t tell you to to write all the food down for the first 6 weeks of receiving your results. Or you won’t get your money back guarantee the test didn’t work for my dog it was just a waste of money

I ordered the cat plus for my cat because he has stomach problems and we thought he might be allergic to chicken. Sent my sample of the same day. 1st class post. I have no updates about it being received. I message them via Facebook numerous times and was told it takes 7-10 days for samples to be received. I messaged again and was then told it had been received 3 days before and was about to be tested. I asked for it to be cancelled as I no longer trusted this process. I was being fobbed off through messenger daily. I could not log into my account so they eventually sent me new log in details. When I said it still said awaiting sample 4 days later when I could eventually log in they changed it manually. But this point I'd lost faith so I asked for a refund. That took 3 days with them ignoring my email and just asking me to be patient. After each message I was asked very nicely to leve a review with the persons name and how helpful they had been. I said each time I will leave my honest review once I've completed this experience. I finally got my refund. And my account was updated to cancelled. Also they tell you to download the app which I did and could never log into it. Just said loading and stayed on the log in screen. I would avoid. I was desperate to find out if my poorly cat has allergies.

It’s been two weeks and I haven’t received package, or an update about package arrival. I also never received a tracking link or an email confirmation with my order, just my money taken and no help! I’ve tried reaching out multiple different times. At least 6 times by phone, (with voicemail) which they say they will get back to you in within 24 hours but once again no response: this feels like a scam and I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I never write bad reviews but Dont recommend at all

Deceptive! Once you mail your pet sample for testing, and it is received by them, it takes 2-3 weeks of 'processing' before it even reaches the lab! Then you have to wait an additional 3-5 business days before you get the results! So, from the time you purchase it, until the time you actually receive the results is at least 4-6 weeks!! They are very deceptive about this on their site, beware! I asked for a refund immediately. I will find a better, more honest company to work with.

This is definitely a scam. I never received results and was denied a refund. DO NOT give your money to this slimy FAKE COMPANY! Wish I would have been smart and reviewed these reviews first!!! UPDATE: Please, GOOGLE Maps this company's US address. I uncovered something very interesting. The same mailing address for their "lab" or actually as you'll find out "fulfilment center" is exactly tied to the following business: "Stepparent Adoption Forms". ****Read the reviews! You will see this exact address is being used for other scam companies as well -A legitimate mail forwarder accepts the post (mail) but the "companies" are overseas and don't actually exist. This should be investigated. Although, you can't hold the mail fulfilment place liable for the fraud because they are probably just a protected middleman, legally speaking. Do. Not. Use. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Very disappointed! I thought I would be getting a full report, especially when I paid the extra money the second time. I expected the report to actually show everything that was being tested, just like my results were. It did not. Definitely not worth the money I paid. 🫤

This is a total SCAM!! Not real results. Don't make my mistake and research before purchasing. Save your money!

It took almost a month to receive any notification that my test had arrived to the lab by mail. I sent an email to ask about it after 2 weeks and never received a reply from customer service. Secondly, the website makes it seem like this is an allergy test, but the results emphasize multiple times that it is not- it is a sensitivity test. But on the website, it claims it's the "Best At Home Dog Allergy Test." So while I thought I was paying to find out what my dog was allergic to, I only found out what items in her FOOD she MAY have sensitivity to. Regarding the results, it tells you what "sensitivity" there may be, but not how to find foods that don't have these items. I cannot find any dog food that doesn't have at least one of the ingredients she has a sensitivity to. So it would be useful to know what to feed her with the information received. How can we begin the elimination diet without knowing what to feed her? Some direction here would be expected, but they just leave you to figure it out. I have spent hours of my time after the test trying to do just that, but they don't provide support in this way either. Not that I would expect a response since they already ignored my email. It's just not helpful in the way it presents to be.
