False Advertising on Result Timing and Would Not Issue a Refund
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The site advertises results in 3 days. What they don't tell you is once they receive your sample it can take them 4 weeks to send it to their lab facility. Then after that period you will get an email saying results can take 3-5 days. Had I know it would take more than a month I might have considered another service. I subsequently requested a refund due to the lack of communication and clarity, but my request was denied, and I was advised to send in another sample instead. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with My Pet Sensitivity and I would advise customers to be aware of timing before purchasing this product.
