Amazing experience so far. Sent my pets fur off 1st class postage yesterday. Received an email from them today notifying of its arrival at the lab. Was recommended 3-5 working days before results. Got the results back same day! Quite clear so far and some good guidance in the pack. Will now try and eliminate and will post an update once trialled. Please note that no physical kit is sent. This is okay and makes the process more simple (no waiting for a kit to arrive) it also helps to save the environment so thumbs up to my pet sensitivity for this! Very pleased so far :)
