This is a fake website and a scam
This is a fake website and a scam. They make it look like there’s a bunch of good reviews but this site does not exist. The phone number does not exist either and when I research the website, there’s one out of Florida and one in Europe and you can’t get a hold of either. I ordered from them and never received the test. And there’s no way to get a hold of them. *** do not order from here.***

Not helpful at all
Not helpful at all. After reading that the things my dog consumed the most could show up as a high sensitivity what’s the point in taking this! It was not helpful in identifying what I need to take out of his diet! Super disappointed!

NOT science at all. Scam.
This company should make it clear that they use the completely unproven pseudoscience of “Bio resonance” where they put your dog’s hair into a machine that “feels the waves of allergens”. Ridiculous! This has never been shown to be reliable, although, like other snake oil sellers, they’ll tell you it really works. It’s a gigantic scam and I’m sorry I wasted my money. Real science would include antibodies and proteins that cause an overreactive response. THAT is allergy 101.

Really frustrated after doing 3 tests…
Really frustrated after doing 3 tests within 2024 and all 3 results were different so more confused now with my pets allergies than before doing them. Emailed customer service and they simply said It could've been a change in diet, environment or overall health. Which NONE have changed for my dog. I mean the results for each test aren't even close... maybe one or 2 ingredients that showed on a couple results but I have no clear path and that is disappointing.

Scam
Scam. They discount so you’ll purchase and won’t send kit. They send you an email of how you can throw your pets poo in your own bag and how you package it using your own materials and give you an address. They disregard if you ask for a refund.

I don't feel this is right
I don't feel this is right. It is the opposite of what my vet tells me so it has me very confused and unhappy.
