This test was really helpful
This test was really helpful in identifying what NOT to give to my dog. The test was fast and the report comprehensive. It really helped and my dog is doing much better now.

Prompt results and very good customer…
Prompt results and very good customer support. The results were available to me the day after I received notification that the sample had been received. I had a few queries on the results and emails were promptly responded to every time with a clear explanation and personal communication.

I 0rdered one to try it out on my itchy…
I 0rdered one to try it out on my itchy dog. Got a confirmation email saying I had a subscription. Did not want a subscription so ask to cancel and was still sent my order but subscription was removed like I asked. Good customer service. I have only used one bottle and reordered to continue trying for 8 weeks or more if I notice an improvement.
