Result delivery time is actually 4+ weeks …
On the website it states 3-5 days you receive results. They don’t tell you there is a “mail clearing” process that takes 2-3 weeks. I tried calling but it goes to a message voicemail and hangs up. No options. I emailed for status and did receive a reply. It took 4.5 weeks to get results. Not 3-5 days. I thought it was a scam and would have submitted a fraud claim in my credit card after 5 weeks but they finally sent results. In the report it isn’t clear in the level of sensitivity. I will read through again but it is challenging.
