Very fast service once it got to the lab but it took a long time to get there from the area where the samples are shipped to.

Website said 3-5 days after receiving sample was not told until after the fact is can take 1-2 weeks to get from receiving facility to test facility.

It was a little long to get the samples to the lab (2 to 3 weeks) but once they got there, it took two days (busyness days) to get the results. Customer service was nice too and were answering fast. The report was well detailed.
