Super happy with 33 page report
I’m super happy with the 33 page results for my dog, Doug! I sent the sample via express post as suggested and it was there within 2 days. The initial processing time of 2-3 weeks from pkg delivered to the testing centre was disclosed when I ordered the test, but it made me impatient knowing it was received in 2 days and would take a couple weeks to get results. When I questioned customer service they were prompt and very helpful clarifying the whole process. I anxiously awaited the email from My Pet Sensitivity for the next step. Roughly 2 weeks later I got the email. When received, it was only 2 days later that I got Doug’s results. Faster than the stated within 3-5 days. I’m quite impressed with the info provided and the response time from confirming receipt of the fur sample to the results. There are repetitive disclaimers throughout the report about checking with your vet and that sensitivities are not the same as allergies, which is a bit redundant but I understand why when there are so many sections. The report is well laid out and easy to read with easy to understand elimination diet for our pup. We are very happy with the results. It’s pretty impressive and an eye opener for sure. Looking forward to getting our pup back to good health now that we know what he’s sensitive to!!
