Hi, Thanks for sharing your review! After looking into this for you, I can see the sample arrived to our lab on the 23rd of January, the results we're then issued on the 24th of January. It's important to note, your sample heads to a fulfilment office, and from there, it moves on to our lab for thorough testing. If you've been tracking it, you might see it marked as received at the fulfilment office but that does not mean it is at the lab. I hope this makes sense! Kind Regards, Customer Support Team
