I specifically asked about allergy…
I specifically asked about allergy tests, back & forth messaging customer service to ensure I was getting the tests, and only found out that this sensitivity test was not liable for finding allergies. Nobody clarified this in the email, only on the sensitivity form itself after receiving it.

Our cat died
I’m guessing this test is not science-based. After switching our cat’s food, he died within a few months, from an unknown cause. Our other cat still eats the food she’s supposed to be sensitive to, and she is fine.

Waste of money
Waste of money. I had 2 separate tests done by this company and another. This company highlighted 2 items which my dog is sensitive too and the other company listed 12. My dog is a 1yr pedigree and upset stomach is very common so I was relying on these tests to help me. No where near thorough enough and they couldn’t answer my questions why they got such small results back. Also their results were not listed on the other companies results. (They did explain the whole process and what machinery was used etc). Save your money. 28-2-25 - I acknowledge your reply to this review. Please speak to Abbie who was emailing me regarding my query. I sent in results from both tests undertaken.

Had test done through this company and…
Had test done through this company and another one. Totally different results not one thing was the same so confused on what my dog is really sensitive too.

I’m pretty sure this is a scam
I’m pretty sure this is a scam. It said one of my dogs was highly sensitive to salmon oil, but not sensitive at all to salmon. Explain that one.

No physical kit
I thought I was getting a kit in the mail. I'm a great grandmother and so, I was unable to get or understand online instructions. Now I'm out the money

Do not be fooled by the advertisement…
Do not be fooled by the advertisement to this product. A package is shown on the offer leading one to think they will get a sterilized package to put your pet’s hair in. Instead, you are instructed to put your pet’s hair in a package you provide and address and mail it yourself. There is no sterilized package.
