I read a lot of complaints that people never heard back from them. I had no issue at all, once I sent it in it took about 2 weeks to have them receive it, and then within the week I had the results back. The test came back with a lot of things I wouldn't have even considered could be causing my dogs issues, so I feel this will be beneficial to start an elimination diet.
