The results were clear and easy to understand. They took longer than I expected. I sent in 2 kits on the same day. I haven't received word about the second kit yet.

I liked the convenience of doing the process. I was a bit taken aback by how much it cost to mail it via the USPS, not your issue, but I am sure a concern for a lot of people. I wish there were a way to incorporate more info the dog's specific food allergies and issues with the testing.

I have gotten two emails requesting my review of your services but no email with my actual results and it’s been over 5 days since you supposedly received. 9/22/2024 - After contacting the company directly and requesting my results someone did get back to me right away and had my results sent to me in 24 hours. Test appears to be detailed and thorough.

So my pup is only 3 years old and started getting hives frequently as well as his nose became discolored. I sent his fur away and the first thing on the sensitivity showed chicken liver. So we changed his dog food to a lamb formula where there was no chicken present. His nose is back to normal and hives have not occurred. This test definitely improved my pups appearance.

It took about 3 weeks to get to them but when they received the sample, I got the results after 2 days. Over all very helpful.
