Since getting the results for my pet I’ve been able to change her food and am confident there are no ingredients that may trigger an underlying issue. Also - since changing her food according to the results of the test - the proof that this test is accurate shows in how soft her fur has become! And lost hair is growing back! I didn’t even realize there was an issue with those things! I’m so thankful for this service and will use it every time I get a new pet, and will be recommending it to all my friends!

Incredibly easy to test. And the results came back so fast. While it doesn’t identify allergies as such, the results of the sensitivity testing have been essential in helping me to identify items that may have caused my girl to have recurring ear infections and itchy skin. At the recommendation of my vet, I had her on an exclusion diet and let’s just say she had a LOT of feelings about it and ended up refusing to eat. I am slowly adding in items from the “green” lists and so far so good. No nasty ears, no excessive itching, even her behaviour has improved. I can’t recommend this company enough. The staff I spoke to were incredibly helpful and sorted out my query on the spot 10/10

Easy to read and understand all sensitivity levels

We found my pet sensitivity very good, the test was easy and well managed, easy to perform and the results came through quickly. Easy to understand and follow and confirmed quite a few items that we suspected as causing discomfort for our Red Setter. Would definitely use again and well worth the money in my opinion

Fast and easy process! Got results back quickly.

It was mostly the availability of the test. Sending off the sample was fairly easy once I realised I didn’t have to wait for a test to be sent. The results were really good though. Overall really happy with it.
