Jasper has been dealing with allergies…
Jasper has been dealing with allergies for a year. After trying the elimination diet and cleaning constantly. I tried doing a test to determine her allergies. Now she is thriving a bit better and I have a better chance on removing her allergies from my room.

The tests results were great
The tests results were great, but it took almost 3 weeks to get the results. It says on the box 3-5 days. That is very misleading. When I contacted them worried that my sample was lost, they informed me that it goes to a processing center first and takes about 2 weeks to get to them.

Worth it's weight in sensitivity gold, not allergy gold
The sensitivity feedback was unique to our dog, and very helpful in understanding the ingredients and materials in her life that may have been exasperating her ear infections and overall body itchies. The timeliness of sending her hair sample in, confirmation from My Pet Sensitivity that they'd received her results was around 2 weeks, her results were available not even 1 week after. Overall, it's a start for pet owners that have animals with unclarified allergies, for further diagnosis or 100% allergy assesement, it would be best to go through your pet's veterinarian. The sensitivities panel is provided to the owner in a logical format brokendown by each category, and then again, for high or moderate sensitivities. Super helpful, but by no means, a 100% answer. Once I sent in a 2nd sample
Once I sent in a 2nd sample, it was great. The first sample got lost and I emailed customer service 2 or 3 times before they told me it must gotten lost. I wish that would have suggested me sending in another sample by week 2. Instead it was 5 weeks later before I got results.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Responded via email same day. So happy to finally see what sensitivities are affecting our puppy. We were able to finally find a dog food , shampoo, toys to decrease her reactions. She’s already feeling better!! Only reason for a 4 is because my perception was 3-5 days once sent in. But test goes to a hub then 2-3wks to get to the lab. But we did get results in 3 days!! It was an anxiety ridden 3 weeks waiting to help our pup. Even so, definitely would do it again!!!

Test was great and results came fast
Test was great and results came fast! Just wish the results also included the items tested that didn’t have any type of sensitivity.

I thought it was great I just wish I…
I thought it was great I just wish I would have got a list of how sensitive he was to the all the things tested.

Overall I’m pleased with the results
All of the information I received was excellent. It was explained well and showed what steps needs to be taken to do an elimination diet. My ONLY complaint is that I sent my dogs samples, separately labeled, in together and only one got processed. I reached out to ask what happened and the situation was rectified, but it took a few extra days and a bit of concern on my part. But it all worked out and I am pleased with the company and results.
