i liked how easy it was to send in the sample and get the results, however i think i was under a different impression of what the results would provide. i was wanting to find out allergies not just "sensitivities". i don't know what i'm supposed to do for my cat with this info.

Hi, It's understandable that you were expecting allergy testing rather than sensitivity testing. Sensitivity testing focuses on identifying foods or substances that may cause adverse reactions in your cat, even if they are not true allergies. While allergies involve the immune system, sensitivities can manifest differently and may not always be as severe. With the sensitivity information, you can consider making dietary adjustments to see if they alleviate any symptoms your cat may be experiencing. For example, if certain foods are flagged as sensitive, you could try eliminating them from your cat's diet for a period of time to see if there is any improvement in their health or behaviour. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out! Kind regards, Customer Care Team
