Kirk, Thank you for your feedback! We do apologise for any confusion caused in relation to the lead time, all results are sent within 3-5 days once the sample has been received at our lab. This does not include the transit time which unfortunately is out of our control. Rest assured as soon as your sample reaches our lab our team work quickly to test the sample and deliver those all important results! Please ignore the review email, this is automated. Unfortunately the postal service is completely out of our control however, rest assured as soon as the sample reaches our lab the testing process takes around 3-5 days. We completely understand that our customers are keen to receive the results quickly and want to apologise that you were not aware of the lead time for the sample to reach our lab. Kirsten, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! I do apologise that you have found the process unclear! You should receive an email as soon as your order is placed containing a code and link to a form that needs completing using that code. Once that step is done, you then receive the next steps on how and where to send your pets sample. We do not send a physical test kit as we aim to be environmentally friendly and reduce waste. Instead, we kindly ask our customers to use their own packaging to send their hair sample to our laboratory. Our customers can also send the sample to us on the same day of ordering rather than waiting for a test kit. I do hope this explains the process further for you.
