Great compliance with promises related to turn around times and throughness. So easy to get such critically important info. The sensitivities were very different than what had been suspected and should be easy to change. I have spent more than a thousand dollars on treatment of outbreaks and my cat has suffered with them. This is the best investment I could have made for actionable recommendations at minimal cost. My cat and I are grateful for this science based approach to resolution rather than lots of guess work.
