It was easy to do
It was easy to do. I collected the hair and sent it off. It did take a couple of weeks for it to arrive but probably because I sent it normal mail. Once it arrived I received an email. And then in a few days an indents professionally written report.

Very simple and straight forward to do
Very simple and straight forward to do, great communication and updates, and great turn round time. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Found that fish was a problem
Found that fish was a problem but had been feeding mine with salmon complete, sardines and fish oil 😩

very prompt service and helpful report
We received very prompt service and had the results of the testing within 3 days of sending the pet hairs in. They also keep you informed of the progress too which provides welcome reassurance. The testing results are sent via email in a 32 page report which covers a good range of sensitivities which gives us a good base to begin looking at how we remove some of our dog’s sensitivities in a structured way

Really easy process and comprehensive test results
Very easy process. Really quick turnaround - two days from sending the sample - and very comprehensive results. We found out that our dog is allergic to quite a few foods that he regularly eats so we were able to change his diet and hopefully improve his skin conditions. We also found out some really useful environmental allergies too. Would definitely recommend.

I didn't expect it to be back so quick
