Tested my two dogs and although…
Tested my two dogs and although received speedy results, the actual results were NOT AT ALL ACCURATE!
Came back saying they were not sensitive to chicken (even though I thought they had a bit of sensitivity to chicken as pups) but I believed the test and gave them a little chicken … WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Both dogs came up in hives within 1 to 2 hours after eating, scratching themselves until they bled and eventually both had to be given steroids to reduce the hives and inflammation!
After going through the test results.. there were lots of inconsistencies and some outright‘NONSENSE INFORMATION’! Such as saying .. “We recommend prioritising the supplementation of… Nucleic acid, pantothenic acids and Taurine” from their diet… And after in depth research and consultation from a reputable vet… If we were to remove this from our dogs diet.. they would not only NOT THRIVE.. BUT COULD ACTUALLY DIE!!! As these are in every item of veg, fruit and meat! So would mean they would not be able to eat ANYTHING! An absolute waste of money and I will be making a formal complaint to request a full refund!

Thanks for sharing your feedback,
I'd like to remind you that this is a bioresonance sensitivity test.
Our test do not test for allergies, intolerances or medical conditions. If your furry friend has been having hives then this points more towards an allergy. Our bioresonance sensitivity tests are designed to provide personalised insights into potential food and environmental sensitivities. They work by measuring energy signals and frequencies in the body to identify potential reactions. While these are not medical diagnostic tests and do not replace professional medical advice, they have helped thousands of people identify potential triggers that could be affecting their wellbeing.
Many clients report that using the results has allowed them to make informed adjustments to their diet and lifestyle, helping improve bloating, headaches, energy, digestion, and overall comfort.
For anyone looking to gain clarity on potential triggers without invasive procedures, this test can be a valuable starting point.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your pet’s results and we completely understand how frustrating it can be when symptoms don’t align with expectations — especially when your pet has known allergies.
We’d like to clarify that our service is a sensitivity test, not an IgE allergy test. Because of this, our results relate to sensitivities, not allergies. We never recommend introducing foods marked as no reactivity, especially where an allergy is already known. Instead, the aim of our test is to help identify items showing high sensitivity, so that you can remove potential triggers and work toward relieving symptoms.
Allergies can only be confirmed through a qualified veterinarian using clinical allergy testing. Sensitivity testing is separate, and can highlight different food or environmental triggers — which is why it’s important to continue avoiding any allergies already identified.
We will reach out to you directly to explain how the test works in more detail, and see how we can best support you moving forward. We genuinely want you to feel confident in the results and how to use them effectively.
Thank you again for your feedback — we’re here to help, and we look forward to speaking with you soon.

They steal and the product is shabby
There is no science behind this testing. It won't help identify anything really. The company themselves are ethically questionable. There is no way to avoid this 'free trial' of vet services (that you will never need) so they can con you into paying more for this service.
Be very careful when trusting this company with your bank details. I have had to block them on my bank and customer service is absolutely useless.

Don't waste your money
the science behind this testing is not robust - they claim to test for sensitivities but say if you are aware of any sensitivities your dog has but they don't show up on their test, you should go with your own anecdotal experience anyway! In this case, if their tests don't pick up sensitivities you already know about, then what faith can we put in their testing. Very disappointed. Would not recommend

Its a scam- no scientific or clinical proof
Its a scam - there is no scientific research to say this works - DO NOT USE.
"There is no scientific basis for dog hair allergy tests. In fact, one study in 2019 showed that hair and saliva tests failed to identify allergies in dogs. They sent ten fur and saliva samples from a known allergic dog, ten from a non-allergic dog and five fake samples (that were water and toy fur) to a lab. The range of results across each group was similar, and no different than you would expect from random chance. So, allergies detected were similar in allergic dogs, non-allergic dogs and toys! Also, the reproducibility of the results was poor. The study concluded that hair and saliva testing should not be used to diagnose allergies. Other studies have come to the same conclusion.
The moral of the story? Don’t waste your money! If you suspect your dog has allergies, seek advice from your vet"
