Very easy to take the hair sample and send, we had the results back within 2 days. Results were presented in a really easily readable and understandable format and we have eliminated the most common sensitives by switching food immediately and my boy is already showing signs of improvement in both appetite and health. A great, easy, affordable option to find out if your dog is sensitive to anything - saved me £2k at the vets!!
