All my products arrived when promised and packaged securely. The prices are better than my local Sally’s- even after 35years of professional status. Wish the shipping was more affordable with OTC but if I buy in volume then it makes it worth the time to place the order with OTC. Hope to see great deals with OTC and become a loyal customer!

Don’t buy from this store. My order was damaged/spill. I have been calling customer service they never answer. Send them 4 emails they only got back to me saying the video I sent them can’t be opened. Worst customer service I ever dealt with. They won’t ship replacement or refund you.

Lousy. Received wrong order. Took pictures of the wrong order and waiting for the correct order. I’ve already paid. If you can’t get the right order to me then refund my my money.

I did not like how I had to call the store for my merchandise and I got no response and then the merchandise took a long time to be delivered to my house
