Had the product I wanted at a great price. Kept me posted on it's progress to me.

I ordered 5 of the ORS Smoothing hair gel 20oz bottles, but received 5 of the ORS Clumping gel. I don't know how y'all got it mixed up when the ones that I ordered the content is black, but the ones that y'all sent me has green content. I'm very unhappy with my purchase. I contacted the company immediately after receiving the package and I still haven't heard back from them. I should've read the comments on this company before I purchased from them, and I would've went somewhere else!

My shipment arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged for solid merchandise protection. Also, the merchandise that was received was accurate as to what I had purchased. My buyer experience here was first-rate.

The wrong product was received. The product sent is not for facial applications.

I appreciate getting my order; however, if I had been notified of the delivery, I would have been able to get it from my mailbox 2 days earlier. My regular mail delivery came earlier than this order. So our regular mail was emptied before this package was delivered, which is fine. But getting a notification that another delivery was made after our regular mail was retrieved on the same day would’ve made me happier.
