I ordered Lavilin 72 hour deodorant Aug. 11. I got a confirmation email regarding the order and nothing else. A month later, I called them and they said the deodorant was back ordered, but I never received an email to that effect. They quickly said the deodorant would be emailed on that Wednesday. Two weeks later no deodorant. I just asked for a refund but based on the quick response the man on the phone made asking nothing else, I don't have much hope. I'd steer clear of this online store.

I'd looked for years for Nature's Blessing hair pomade and came upon myOTCstore.com by accident. I ordered the product and it arrived at the time they projected and in perfect condition. I will definitely order it again, as well as search through their catalog for other items! I'm very, very happy and satisfied.

Do not purchase from this company. The item I received was a counterfeit when I called to report the item I was told it wasn’t their responsibility. Do not purchase from this company. They are crooks.
