I only received one of the three items in my order.

I ordered 25 pieces of EOS I only received 19pieces. Please respond to my email.

You all shipped it very fast and I got exactly what I payed for for a great price!(I ordered a large jar of eco gel and it was full to the top) best part is that it was safely and amazingly sealed and wrapped!

The product took close to 3 weeks to get to me! But the quality of the tea was high and the taste was good. Great product!

This company is a scam. I ordered 4 of the same item but only received 1 and I'm not the only person who has had this experience - a quick Google search shows that many others have too. And it's not incompetence: they actually changed the number of items on the invoice but charged the same shipping costs. You can't cancel or change your order online, they don't answer the phone, and their voicemail box is full. Never again. Buyer beware.

Received the wrong items! Order sheet states clearly what I ordered and should have got! Received totally wrong items! I have emailed you, and wrote another review about what I received! Apparently no one double checked to see if I was getting what I ordered! Very disappointed in your service!

The probiotics were supposed to be delivered in cold pack.They lose their potency. I threw them out. It took 9 days to get here from NJ to Fl Forward as of last week will not return my money.Because I threw them out didn't want them to reselli it.Its not healthy for live culture to not be refrigerated
