Took 4 weeks for delivery, but arrived in good shape and pleased with the product

Using the dreaded USPS for shipping. The USPS delivered the packed at an entrance blatantly ignoring the POSTED SIGN stipulating NOT to leave packages at that door. I wish I could upload the photograph to share.

Product was not the same product as advertised in the picture as a different variation was shipped also it was not shown as sold out or out of stock at the time of purchase on the website and regardless never received a notification from OTC store that the item is infact out of stock and shipping will be delayed. I will not order from this vendor in the future and OTC should be thankful that I gave two stars only because a product came at the end at least OTC is unprofessional & unreliable.

The product arrived in good condition and I am excited to see how it works. I rated a 3 because it took 15 days for delivery. I ordered on October 1st. Received a shipping notice on October 11th. Received it on October 16th. The site communicates it typically takes 2-3 business days for an order to ship. Just took too long for a domestic delivery.

Website definitely need an upgrade. They tell you it only works on Chrome. Really? Then after hours, the item you need is not in the catalog, not to mention almost half of the items in the catalog is "out of stock". Why can't Highmark give us a card to shop what we NEED. Makes me wonder how much kickback are they getting to feed us overpriced unknown brands and unhealthy supplements. Would rather get less money with more freedom.
