I ordered $5.98 plus S & H which arrived in an open and empty envelope. The PO said they received it that way. The plastic strip to seal was still on the envelope. Numerous calls and written complaints have gone unanswered. Will never deal with this company again. answered

Eventhough they sent the item, they have always gotten it right and it delivers within 3-5 days

I didn't get my entire order. I only received 1 conditioner and 3 shampoos. I had ordered 3 conditioners and 6 shampoos. Order# 230918. Please check into this.

Great prices, received everything I ordered and in good shape. Shipping box could have been tapped better on the bottom. Otherwise I'm happy 😊.

Price was at least 25% less than Amazon. Even with delivery charge it was a bargain. Delivery longer than Amazon but in a very reasonable amount of time.
