Great products & pricing & delivery service

It was the right product, as described. It wasn’t super fast shipping but adequate

Unfortunately I received a partial order with no notice that several items would not be included. I opened the delivery and reached out to OTC to let them know I was missing several items that I had been charged for. They responded that those items weren’t in stock and while they did eventually refund that cost at my request it was too late to try and seek out those items elsewhere. Very frustrating as they knew at the time of packing that my order wouldn’t be fulfilled yet I was charged the full amount and wasn’t provided notice.

This store had what I can't find anywhere else. Super fast shipping.
