Ordering online was easy and quick. My order arrived promptly.

I was disappointed that one item I ordered was travel size. I didn't realize that when I ordered it. Also, I ordered an item that they said they had but then was refunded for it a few days later. I was trying to avoid going to a store, but then I had to. However, this online store did ship my order pretty fast and I was grateful for that.

I have now had two negative experiences with myotc store over 3 orders: the first time (2nd order) my order was lost for two weeks and when I e-mailed asking about it they sent and I received a very cold and business-like apology and they did not offer to give me any discounts or anything. Since it was a small order the very least I would have expected was that they would waive the shipping cost. The second problem (third and last order) I received the wrong product and when I contacted them they refunded me the cost of the item but not shipping. Again, I have come to expect better customer service: they should have refunded item and shipping cost and/or sent the correct item at no extra cost. As it was they refunded the cost but if I were to order the correct item again I would have had to pay shipping twice. Not thrilled with this company and will not order from them again.

The order was fulfilled in a timely fashion but their web system is not protected. Someone got a hold of my credit card information while in myotc system and immediately charged $300. Of course I had to get a new card. I am afraid to order anything from them again.

I like myotcstore good products at good prices... just wish they carried more of what I like. Fast Shipping & I've have never had a problem with them.

The service is good, the credit card payment problem has helped me solve the problem, and the product is fresh. I think I will shop again on this website.
