Warning Froud !!⚠️⛔️⚠️
Warning. Please do not download this app! It's fraudulent and offers useless prepay plans. They continue charging you even after you cancel your subscription. They ask for prepayment only for you to realise within a month that they are scammers. Please stay cautious and avoid this app!

An eating disorder in the making
I just paid for 6 months and am super bummed about the meal ideas. Not a single day has more than 900 cals/day. A child is supposed to eat 1200. It suggested 40 calories of tomatoes FOR SUPPER. That is an eating disorder diet and marketing it as "healthy" is actually wild. Now I'm stuck with a payment for a useless, dangerous app.

Subscription warning
Be careful when reviewing the services of the site. I signed up some how in error and made payments for a service I did not use as I wasn't aware I had signed up until a second payment left my bank account. After some communication, I have received a refund for one of the payments however I had to write a negative Trustpilot review to get the customer service I expected. Resolved now but not how I like to deal with disputes

Nothing special
I had high hopes for this fitness app, but it just didn't totally live up to the hype for me. The workouts are decent enough, with a good variety of class types. And the instructors seem knowledgeable. However, the app frequently glitches and freezes on me, which is super frustrating when I'm trying to get in a good sweat session. It's happened multiple times now, and the customer support has been slow to respond and resolve the issues. Overall, it's an okay app, but nothing too special. 3 stars from me.

This is nothing as advertised!!
This is nothing as advertised. I was charged $39.39 six months ago after I cancelled immediately because they advertised one thing and then after you pay you get something completely different. I was so angry at myself for falling for this. I cancelled literally same day and thought it was a trial but still got charged. I chalked it up as a loss, but Now 6 months later im charged again!!! and i don't have the app. So now I have to put in a dispute with my bank. This is fraudulent. I should have disputed the first time. I can’t get a hold of anyone either!
Response from Organic Apps IncJul 16, 2024

We can check your subscription status on our side: just contact us at [email protected] and let us know your registration email. We look forward to hearing back from you! È una truffa
L'azienda prende seriamente le proprie responsabilità, mi hanno rimborsato il mensile e disdetto l'abbonamento come avevo chiesto.
