It's a very user-friendly app. With very clear instructions and you can choose the type of training and your current skills. There are two things I need to mention. 1st: Every time I do my training, it open in training 10 and I have to pretend I open it and close it and it goes to training 24 and I do the same only then it goes to my latest or next training. I guess it's a bug but you have to correct it. 2nd: I think the exercises could be more diverse. We repeat the same exercises a lot.

it is really an amazing experience with this app. it has helped me push myself based on weekly schedule to follow their program, and it is not too difficult to give up. it takes only maximum 30 min. the variety and its selective body part program give you choices and options based on the areas of your target or interest. the result will come true if you stick with this apps.

I found the workouts to be great for a cool down after my main workout. I do not see how just doing these workouts solely could get anyone results. But it has been great for movements of breathing and stretching for a cool down!

It’s my first time trying to get fit. I have had looked into other get fit apps and by far this one is the best choice! It gives you different options based and is user friendly. The other apps I tried doesnt explain how, it’s just up to you to copy them. And for me being a beginner, that’s such a big help!
