It is great app with very thought out and tailored workouts for target areas and time management! Was very excited for this app but could not use it to its full potential due to schedule. Had to cancel the subscription in the end as 3 months has passed and was notified that a new subscription charge was taking place. I contacted them that day and they had very kindly issued back refund despite having a 24 hour minimum notice period. I would have been happy to stay and pay the subscription if I could use the app to its potential!

I forgot to cancel my trial subscription and my husband is out of work currently. As soon as I seen the charge was in pending status, I emailed the company and ask them to cancel the subscription and issue a refund due to that reason. They did honor my request immediately, and the money was back in my account within an hour. Very pleased with their service! PS: This was for TiChi Walking and I loved it!

Unfortunately having bought the package I became very unwell and was unable to access it fully . Luckily Organic Apps listened sympathetically and re - imbursed my money when my subscription was automatically renewed.
