Be more transparent! Your enrollment is misleading! When I registered I selected the option for “one” month only, not the 3-month option, 6-month option, 1-year option, and certainty, not a 2-month option. The selection was clearly for 1-month. This made me believe I would only be paying for that one month as I wanted to give this app a try. Nowhere do I recalled seeing that I had to cancel my subscription after that one month or that I would be chatting if not done so. If I am only paying for “one” month is because I only wanted “one” month of the service; and I feel the additional charge should be removed as it is unauthorized. Do better! In addition to my dissatisfaction with that additional charge, the exercises are absurd and of no help. If I could give your app a zero, I would. There is no way to contact your business by telephone. I think I am better off going to the gym or look at “free” exercise videos on YouTube.

A pretty good fitness app with a decent selection of workout content and classes. The only thing I’d like to see is for the app to also be available on my computer. The customer support team was responsive when I had questions.
